i'm like so sian now.just now read newspaper.got to read articles on china gals.the article said china gals use the excuse "schooling" and came to singapore and do some other things like getting themselves mens with tons of money or engaging in "illegal business".1st article.it was mentioned tat china gurls have 3 identities.morning - they are students.afternoon - they are mistress.nite - they are hookers.they were said of being nt concentrating during class.and when class is over, they will be using their phones all the time,and when they wait at the gate, there will be big cars fetching them.most of the ppl fetching them are men age between 40+ to 50+,they will den be having lunch at high class restaurants,follow by going to hotels or their "love nest" till evening before they wave goodbye.and for some womens, they will go to pubs or bars to "hunt" for preys.reports shown that for the past 2 years, 20 out of 50 cases of couples divorce are related to china gals.they only look for older men, who had a stable income. married or not, those china gals dun give a damn bout it, as long as they have money to spend. and only STUPID and FOOLISH MEN WILL FALL INTO THEIR TRAPS. ALL I CAN SAY IS,SOME MENS ARE REALLY DAMN STUPID,GETTING A MISTRESS WHEN THEY HAVE WIFE AND KIDS!!!DUMB IS EXACTLY WAD THEY ARE!there's this case,a man who had a stable income and have a happy family,actually get involved with a china gal who claims to be studying in sg!his wife is pregnant den and she have another kid to look after.within 10 weeks, the man had to pay 10 thousand dollars, getting himself in debts.this man gets the mistress a credit card and this mistress had been spending the money as if the guy prints money.this man will be waiting for his mistress no matter it rains or shines outside her private school,he will den bring her to high class restaurants and just for a month having lunch/dinner like tat cost bout 600 bucks. wad's more, he showers her with expensive gifts like 150 bucks of undergarments, 1000 for a phone, bringing the china gal to robinson and all places where only rich ppl will go.in just a week, his mistress spend 1600 dollars on makeups, jewelleries,branded clothes and treatments for the hair. and when he just manage to finish clearing the bills, in just 8 days,tat horrible woman spend another 1900 dollars.when his wife confronted him, he say he no longer together with the china gal, but she found out that her husband had open a new account for that china gal. she asked him and he admits of giving the china gal 2000 bucks every month for her to use because she doesn't have a income, he said he can't just sit there and dun care bout tat china gal. the husband never ever bring his wife to high class restaurants and she did not asked for a credit card from him at all. tat man even take his annuel leave to accompnay the china gal go shopping when he was suppose to accompany his wife for a checkup in the hospital!!! this heartless guy dun even have money to support himself, yet he support that woman, he didn't even paid for his wife's registration fees for her to stay in hosiptal. with no other choices, she called up the woman, demanded her to return all the money her husband had spend on her, and the thick skinned china woman, shouted at her over the fone. the wife got so angry she scold the china gal cheap, tat woman replied her by saying the man is more cheap, she even said she how much she gonna spend is none of the wife's problem! this china gal was not in the least of being shamful of her act, she said she's single, so wad if the guy is married,she doesn't care and she didn't do anything wrong,she didn't commit a crime, so why should she be guilty. she actually got the guts to said that!it's such a disgrace to the womens!!!article 2.this old man of 60 got himself a 30 years old china woman despite the fact he is already married.he spends hundred thousands on this woman and only give his wife 100 bucks for her to use as the family income!!! he even had the woman's pic in his fone and had all types of condoms and virga ("wei ge")(dunno how to spell.) lying around at the terrance he own.i pity his wife.getting married to a jerk.i just dun understands...why some men are just so terrible.i should also be mentioning that they are just a bunch of stupid, foolish, ti ko pehs of moroons.i feel so sorry bout the mishap the wives are going through...betrayed is one of the things tat women can never accept.reading all these articles really makes my blood boils.wad's happening to the society now?if all these goes on,the cases of divorce and broken family will be getting a hell lots.who should we blame?the man? the mistress or the wife?i guess it's hard to say.the wife blames the mistress of getting into the family.the mistress blames the wife for not looking after her husband.the man blames the wife for not being sweet and understanding towards him.see?when will men be devoted to their wife, commited to their family?when will the word mistress be gone for good?i now understands why hel hates china womens.i'm not being offensive towards the china ppl,but look, almost every articles gets involved with them.most of the china womans are just hookers.they just wan a man who can provide them with lots of money.i know not all china womans are like tat,but den, MOST of them are like tat.i've seen so many of them in chinatowns.there's always china womens circulating around old ah pehs,the old men were good enough to be their father or ah gongs already!!!!you koe wad, i've seen some who acts all high class and think they were great,giving you arrogant looks, staring at you from head to toes.tat sickening look, i wish i could slap them hard on the face, shouted fcuk off rite at their asshole faces!!!!!i'm so tired of venting my anger.had to replenish my energy!!i need to sleep.ciaos.TEARS BEHIND THAT SMILING FACE.

was at work ytd.end work at 12.30 instead of 2am.Amos is tired and requested to go home earlier.i dun wan to like stay at the working place alone, and taking cabs home with ppl i dunno,so i wave bye bye to my work place at 12.30.work was good ytd.no complain calls. customers were quite nice.got a call from a customer name Amos.and Amos got all excited as in wan me to transfer the call to him and etc.and he even got the order number and called the customer,in direct tell customer tat his name is Amos too.so much trouble just to disturb the customer.and Amos was late again ytd.he overslept and sit all the way to changi airport.it's funny you koe?imagine when you woke up and realised you are at the changi airport instead of yr working place.i laughed when he msg me telling me to inform shift leader tat he will be late.and i've mess up my schedules with hubby's off days.which is a terrible thing.i dun wanna work on national day lah.who can replaced me,let me know asap okies?arghhh. sian.hopfully i'll get my n70 tonight.wahahahahahahahahahahahaz.alright. got to go down and fetch my sister back.bye bye.TEARS BEHIND THAT SMILING FACE.

oh well. my eye doesn't hurt anymore but there's still a lump at the corner of my eye lid.my knee caps are getting slightly better, at least i can walk and stand straight not like the day before,when i got problem walking and all.hubby's mum asked me to use an egg and rub it on my blue black,and i tink somehow it helps. =)now i got 2 patches on my knee caps.i suppose they will take about a week or so to fully recover.it's damn ugly.but if you ever got the chance to see them,dun give me disgusted looks. =/watch a variety show by taiwan tis afternoon.hosted by 2 guys by the names of xiao zhong and xiao ma.it's such a stupid show.they divided into 2 teams lah,they got a topic and they have to go around the streets looking for ppl to take up the challenge.first,they ask ppl to eat something like a scorpio kind which they claims it's good for health.it doesn't smell good and you have to swallow 5 of them within the shortest time,and all you get is an electric fan!!! (gross!)second.they find 2 pairs of couples.know wad?the gfs were suppose to give the other gurl's bf love bites!!!how terrible is tat...fancy seeing your gf giving another guy love bites or via versa you see another gal giving your bf love bites!!it's simply ridiculous lah.one of the guy seem to enjoy being love bite by the other gal.damn. you didn't see the his gf look.it's like she is given the chance, she would kill the other gurl.and the other gal's bf look so funny.cos he is uncomfortable of his gal giving love bites to other guys instead of him.anyway, they only were given a sum of money i tink.if it was me,i would dun wan the money.let other gals give my guy love bites,i would rather fork out the money and throw the money at her face.i bet no gals can tahan that lah. third,they look for 2 gals and ask them to remove their bra,(with their shirts on of course, if not, it's porn already.)see who can remove the fastest.it's stupid and very bo liao.den just now watch jackie wu's variety show.it's to let the guests guess who is the guy's gf.they had 4 gurls to let them choose who is the real one.in between, this guy have to hug and kiss all the 4 gurls.it's like another stupid show.i mean,would you let your bf/gf kiss and hug other guys/gals just to let ppl guess who is the rite one?no rite?very wu liao lah. very weird also.i'm glad singapore do not have this kinda of shows.tomolo going to work already.sian. couldn't meet hubby.and i miss him so.okies. bye ppl.TEARS BEHIND THAT SMILING FACE.

i must have make very gd frenz with the unlucky jinx.know why i've said tat?alright. first i had a swollen eye.and now, i had quite a bad fall.i landed flat on the floor.both my kneecaps were hurt,with blue black and cut.a auntie saw me fall,she was being very kind by asking me, " miss, are you alright? i saw you fell. "i dunno who she is, and she actually had care bout my condition,instead of some other ppl who will stood there and laugh till they siao.there are kind and nice ppl around. =)reach home kanna scolded by my mum,cos she already told me not to go out,den i return home injured.she was there nagging and nagging.well, at least i know she cares.hubby called me.told him bout me falling down and all.he wanted to scold me but he didn't.he said since i gt mc should stay home and rest instead of running about outside.hmm. but he sayang me instead lah.say he xin tong. =)hehe. ask me next time to be more careful and all.so sweet of him. =Di find myself really stupid.something happen just now.and i shouldn't have done tat.and i wun fall because of tat too.damn. i regret.forget it.i'm gonna forget everything.alrights.i'm sick and injured.show more care and concern for me ok?grins~have to rest already.ciaos. woke up and couldn't open my rite eye.and when ever i tried to open my eye or blink my eye,damn. it's painful lah. my eye swollen already. so painful.call Sitel and tell them i can't work.the guy on the line, i dunno who,asked for my name, why i can't work, work wad time to wad time etc.tell him i got mc. he ask me how many days, den i say 1 day.he say 1 day where got enough, say at least 2 days den will heal ma,say swollen eye where gt so fast okie one, the doc should have given me 2 days of mc.he laughed when i tell him i had swollen eye. funny meh? but at least he is concern lah. good guy hor.. =)just tat i dunno who he is. never mind.ytd had a good sms chat with hubby.clarify things with him and we got better le.heehee. i'm glad he understands.i just hope my relationship with him gets better and better.today had to recuperate energy for tomolo.pray tat my eye will get better tomolo.alright. have to go.ciaos.TEARS BEHIND THAT SMILING FACE.

woke up today feeling pain inside my rite eye.went to see a doctor and he give me mc.telling me tat if my eye gets red tomolo,it's better nt to go work.have been going to the doctor very often tis year.the doctor must be very happy to see me. =/my father wants to change my fone for my sister and i.i deleted all the msgs hubby sends me.2011 of them. damn. my heart feels so pain.those memories were erased just like tat.DAMN. MY HEART IS BLEEDING.sad like shit.DAMN.misunderstandings between hubby and i over the phone.couldn't help but broke down.suppose to meet today,end up tat he overslept...he apologised and said wad next time dun sleep, after duty straight away meet me,like i'm nt being understanding and all.but heck, i dun mean tat lor.and he goes nvm nvm.know how freaking heart breaking tat could have been?and i check my schedule and realised tat i give the wrong schedule,and this whole week i couldn't meet him because when he's off, i'm working,i'm off he's on duty.sad like hell. my god. blame myself for so careless. if there's a wall, i'll bang myself hard on it.call him and talk on the fone,but we really dun have anything to talk on the fone.in fact, i hate talking on fones.he suggest we sms instead.i miss him.i really miss him.really miss him so damn much.but does he actually know tat?i doubt so....enough of that.need to sleep.anyway,last but not least,HAPPY 18TH BIRTHDAY AMOS!!!be more mature alright?laughs-bye ppl.TEARS BEHIND THAT SMILING FACE.

ytd meeting was at 6 instead of 4.rush down to fetch Amos in a cab cos we are running late.meeting was conducted by Daniel and Mos.Daniel is going through the rules and regulations.repenting things that we had already know.after which, Jane and Arifah came in too.brief us again. ask questions of this and that.Lester came in.heard Daniel say some stuffs which is kinda unfair to us,he speak up for us and Daniel got nothing to say.Lester is good lah. i like him. =)like him as in respect and admire him. =)meeting all the way to 8 plus.accompany Amos eat mac.took cab down to meet hubby rite after tat.his mother cook noodles for me to eat with chickens, vegetables.inside the noodles were crabmeats, veg, meatballs and egg.hubby said his mother dote on me cos he also dun have so much ingredients to go along with his noodles.my mum treat him very good also okie, will ask me if he got enough money to use not,cook very nice food for hubby to eat when ever he comes to my house.well, i tink it's just via versa. =Dafter tat we go to the riverside near his place.chatted till 11 plus den i took cab back.i'm scare cos ytd the "door" for the ghosts are open.i'm very timid though i'm big sized alrights.okie lah. nothing more to blog.bye.TEARS BEHIND THAT SMILING FACE.

21/7meet up with hel in compass point before we proceed to chinatown to have my heels repair again.yes. one of the heel spoil again. damn! tat uncle told us to return back 5 mins later,so hel said why not we go look around for clothes i wanted to wear tomolo.we went to the new renovated people's park,you koe, there's a whole row of stalls selling food there,on the second were shops that sells silk, cloth materials and etc.third floor is like so tread la. young gals tending the shops,and the clothes are tready and nice. =)look around and see alot alot of really nice clothes.went to a shop and see see look look.finally got myself a dress, actually nt a dress la, cos it's pretty short when i wear it on,it's meant to be go along with a 3/4 pants and a big belt at around hip area.cost me 42 bucks for the *dress* and the belt.after which we shared fried rice at one of the zhi cha stall down there.den maybe most of the times i spend with hubby,i actually said, "wad you wan to drink, dear?"hel got a shock lah. lols.cannot blame me lah, it's been months since i last went out with frenz lea,it's accidentally one. hee hee.wanna get myself the bag i've been eyeing for very long at the zinc shop at dohby gaunt station.cost me $41.30.quite heart pain la. but den worth it so never mind. =Dbought a pair of feather de earrings to match my *dress* i bought just now.hel bought a hot mocha coffee at 3 bucks! to me, it's expensive lah. and wad's more, she drink too fast den scald her tongue.lols. i rather drink plain water. oh yeah, we took pic too. =Drush our way down to tamp to meet ling and amos.on the way hel and i took pics. =)reach tamp at around 5.30 like tat?took bus 23 down to tp.reach there already like many ppl queueing already.so many of them. hel and i got kind of uneasy cos too many ppl already.den wait for ling's classmates to come,cos 1 tp student can only bring a fren along.when it's our turn,the ppl in charge say we cannot go in,muz wait for all TP students to go in and if there's extra seats,den we can go in. den ling accompany us wait.den after tat no more TP students le,ask them again, told us to wait again.i'm quite frustrated due to tat.wait and wait. dun like the ppl in charge's faces.just dun like. so finally, finally.we can go in already and guess wad?the seats in front were like FULL!!!!!we got no choice but to sit at the back.wait all the way to 7 pm before Tanya chua came.she sang " BEAUTIFUL LOVE" as her starting.damn nice. she sing "LIVE" also very nice.and she dun have airs one. cute and friendly.and she look so small to us. ( because of the seats.)everything end at 9 plus. took bus 69 to tamp to have dinner.decided to eat in long john sliver.saw tis really adorable baby.she would turn around and look at us,and i play with her/him,she laughed you koe. =Dso cute lah.muz thanks hel, ling and amos for accompanying me to 7-eleven which is so far away;and for accompanying me take 72 back home. Amos and Ling are a pair of very cute couple.will play, ka jiao, tease, sayang each other,quarrel and okie again.so sweet la. =)talk and laughed like mad when on the way back to my place.guys, thanks alot. i enjoyed myself loads. =)22/7woke up feeling so happy and excited.it's our 1 year anniversary already!and everything is so nice today.i didn't have a bad hair day, makeup were alright.meet hubby at like 3 at his house.took cab down to find his fren to take his money.he scared he will spend till nothing left for us today,he asked his fren to keep till today.took cab down to bugis and took pic.yes, pics! i wait very long already.the outcome not bad not bad. i'm pleased. =Ddun feel like staying in bugis.so took cab down to toa payoh to catch movie.before that we had dinner at sakae sushi.watched the "nacho libre".comedy show. quite funny.=)decided to return back home after the show.hubby got fever and i'm tired.only got to koe tat he had a fever tis afternoon when he called me.really very touched tat he make an effort to pei me though he's sick.and he look really tired and sick to me,despite all these,he only shows me his smile.making me as happy as i can.took 159 back home,hubby and i sit last row mah,den last row can only sit 5 ppl.and there's a couple, a malay guy and us on the seats.there isn't much space already.den this guy who just aboard,sit and squeeze between hubby and the malay guy.and result in the last row damn squeezy lor.i can't move in and half of my butt is out of the seat.hubby was very pissed.said tat guy is a gay. LOLS.no space still keep on squeezing in and he sit more space den us lor.MSG TO HUBBY.hubby, i love you. really love you to the core. =p muackies muackies.happy 1 year anniversary!it's late already.and i wanted to sleep.nite guys. =)TEARS BEHIND THAT SMILING FACE.

woke up like 8 today,grandma slipped and fall down in the bathroom.my mum shouted for me.luckily ah ma is okie.god, pls protect my ah gong and ah ma in good health okie?PRAYS HARD*work was okie.found the fav spot.1 customer wanted to have her food deliver along the road side of still road towards lor k telong karau. lol.i dunno where the hell tis road are and all.lucky Amos is good at this. LOL.schedule was bad.bet this will be going on for quite a long time.heard from Amos tat derrick was being demoted.he must be disappointed i guess.like you manage to promote as the shift leader,den they demote you to agent again.it's unfair to him la. how is he gonna face the rest of the agents?the feeling will be weird. =/and heard some of the agents were terminated.i've nt been work for like 1 day only and so many things happen.haii. one more thing i must clarify very very very very clearly.i got very pissed when ppl misunderstand me.call hel on tuesday nite. was tinking tat i very long never talk to her le den call her and ask her how is she and all.alright, this gurl of mine talks without using her brain.and i hate it when she just blurt out wadever she wants.she asked if i would like Amos as we work together and all.i tell her straight tat i will never never like Amos.not because of wad la. but den it's so impossible lor.you koe wad tat stupid hel say?" i dun wan to hear you say tat."DAMN. den wad you want me to say?i say i wun means i wun. i say never means never.i keep on assuring her tat Amos and i were just frenz and i will never like him." i dun wan to hear you say tat." is her stupid reply to me.den she asked wad if it's the other way round,i say it will never ever happen,and i told her to stop saying things tat will never ever happen.when i get agitated and starts to shout at her over the fone,she say," you make me feel tat there's something going on, if not why you so agitated?"by the time i heard the last word,i waste no time and say loud and clear,wad do you mean by tat? wad agitated?you should koe i'm the serious type and can never take this kinda of nonsense and you some sort of accused tat something is going on. wad is this? i just want to tell you tat there's nothing going on between Amos and me and you say i'm being too agitated. i take things very seriously. and this is no laughing matter la.i dun understand why she say tat lor.i just hate the feeling of ppl saying/accusing me of things i've never done before. i sure clarify the matter till the end one lor. nobody likes being accused and all. i just stop talking to her after arguing with her. i'm fuming like mad. after which, i just say i wan to slp and hangs up the fone.but we will be okie la. we often quarrel den okie after tat.not only hel lor,even ppl working in Sitel thought tat Amos and i were an item.cos Sitel have couples working together.den Amos and i were sitting together, working together most of the times.ting's fren, eric asked, moz asked amos also. and Amos and i have been repenting the same old thing again and again.Amos : she is my girl friend's best fren.me : he is my best fren's boyfriend.misunderstanding often rise when ppl starts to say this and that.i tink Amos and i should wear a board hanging over our neck tat say'sAMANDA IS MY GF'S BEST FREN.AMOS IS MY BEST FREN'S BF.perhaps ppl can understand only by seeing facts.or maybe Amos can paste pic of him and ling.and maybe i can paste pic of hubby and i.haha. it's funny.but if misunderstanding still goes on, i dun mind doing all that,just to prove tat Amos is just a fren.nothing more. i got too bored.came here to kill some time.there's nothing much i can do also.hubby muz have dozed off while sms me again.poor hubby muz be really tired.he actually can dozed off, wake up again and dozed off, wake up again.LOL. i dunno how he can actually do it. =)tis coming saturday is our 1 year anniversary.finally. the day is coming. =Di'm so happy and i'm looking forward to it!i still remember 11 mths back,when we just got together not long ago.i msg him one day,complaining tat why the time flies so slowly,tat we still haven 1 month yet.he said," very fast one. dun worry."and when i tell him tat our 1 year anniversary is approaching now.he laughed and said, " ya lah. still complain to me it's slow."through all these months tat we are together,we had gone through alot.i've learnt to be more understanding.because he is spending most of his days in the camp,we wun have the chance to meet when ever we feel like it just like the other couples can do.i used to feel very disappointed and sad when he couldn't meet me.but as times goes by now,i am slowly getting used to it.i used to be so envious of other couples.seeing them so lovey dovey,my heart sank and i asked myself," why yr bf can't be like other guys who can accompany their gurls so much? went to work alone ytd.ting, sihui and amos all not working.i pray 4 times to tua peh kong, guan yin and all the gods.i'm very "ban dan" one. choose to be safe den sorry.ytd was quite quiet.queue calls once in a while.customers mostly were pretty alright.tis chinese speaking customer ( believe she is a malaysian from her tone) wants to order yet she dunno her postal code and address.wad's more she wants the food to be there by 9.50 which is impossible lor.she order around 8 plus to 9, with so many orders the food wun be ready one.and she dunno the address. keep on give me tis postal code which links to tis woodlands loop place.den her place is woodlands ave7, she say it's woodlands loop ave 7."struggled" with her for a good 15 mins or so. call 3 hubs in total.den when i tried to call her back, she didn't pick up my calls. ( call alot of times)coincidence or not,another agent take her order and i'm asked to verify the order.sian. i told her the food cannot be reach to her by 10. (demanded by her)she is very unreasonable la. me : sorry miss wang, but you just now didn't give me the correct address so now den the order is sent over ma.customer : but you all can pack for me first wad. address can later den give one wad.me : without the correct address, we cannot sent the orders.customer : but i already order wad i want already wad, you all can pack for me first one mah. we are clsing soon you koe.so i call the hub.the manager say it's impossibe for the food to be there by 10pm.it's a pretty large order and they need time to cook and prepare ma.i just ask the manager to call tat customer.den tis ang mo kind of weird la.he keep on say my words are breaking apart.den i adjust as in nt to be too close to the headset,but den he still say the same thing.other customers had no problem with me.weirdo.tis week only work like 3 days only?sunday they put me as standby.sian lah. =(okies. gtg.TEARS BEHIND THAT SMILING FACE.

work was okie on sat.i got a nice seat with old machine and the old headset i like.but tis malay auntie who order call back to complain and demanded 2 free burgers.damn. okies. i tell u the story.she told me she wan double cheese burgers don't want sauce.after tat add another 2 double cheese burger.tat means in all she want 4 double cheese burgers.in which her background is so noisy.so i confirm with her again by saying,me : so you want 4 dcb, 2 normal and 2 without sauces rite?auntie : ya ya, i dun want sauces and pickles and wadever.she called to complain because she wan her dcb PLIAN!!!!she should have said it clearly to me tat she wan it plain.and now she's blaming me for nt listening properly la?idiot. lucky another agent help me to settle her.after tat work was peaceful.and hubby came to fetch me after work.had mac with hubby and amos.after tat we go home le.sunday was hell for me.i blame myself for forgetting to pray to tua peh kong, guan yin and all the gods i koe.it's a routine for me to pray to them before i go work.and ytd, i forgot to pray.and of course met a lot of problems la.1st,ting and sihui help us book place at the favourite spot.den because there's still 2 ppl sitting there,we log in with another 2 machines first.after tat around 8 or a bit later we wanted to log in to the fav spot la.the guy left but the gurl still sits there.in other words,tat place is not ours le.and ros say muz log in to call master and the com also.amos and i dunno and it's already like 8.10.so as to say, we were considered late.i'm quite pissed at tat already.2nd,ting's frenz left and amos told me to change to their places.i faster log out mine and log in to the new spot.yellow shirt guy : you are sitting here arh?me : yeah. why?yellow shirt guy : cos i'm sitting here as the com there very lag la.me : okie. but you are the one sitting there rite?yellow shirt guy : eh, actually no, she was abt to sit there. ( pointing the gurl behind him)me : like tat arh. den never mind. i go back lor.den amos explain to them tat we had book the place earlier on.they apologised and asked if we wan the seats.but i say never mind.and i'm more pissed again.3rd.tis fucking customer living in marine terrace called and complain tat he waited for 1 hr like tat and his food is not there yet.customer : i waited for 1 hr plus and my food is nt here yet!!!! ( shouted)me : ( look at the screen ) okie sir, the rider is already out and he will reach you in any moment now.customer : wad!!!??? i called and someone else tell me to wait for 10 to 15 mins and now you say the guy will reach any moment???!!! me : so you mean the food haven reach you rite?customer : if the food is here will i still be calling you? tis is a stupid question you koe? ( shouted more loudly) i dun care, i'm not going to take the food nor paid it if it comes now!! and i want to speak to your manager!!!!!!me : sorry sir. okie. i'll go ask my leader. please hold on.i'm away for like around 5 to 7 mins and when i were to get back to him,he is no longer at the line.ros told me to to call the hub and get the manager to call tat customer.i called for like 5,6 times and the stupid hub didn't pick up my calls.damn. i'm already very angry about it. and den amos sense something amiss la,came over and ask me why. den i say nothing la. den he ask again whether i'm okie,my tears were on the verge already and when i heard him said tat,my tears just roll down like tat...den after tat sihui, ting and amos came over aks me why la.i told them and sihui offered to help to settle tat customer.thanks ah hui!4th.tis fucking idiot customer FROM SUNGEI GEDONG CAMP,called and complain said tat his food did not reach him.customer : i waited for 1 hour plus and the food is still not here yet!!!! i was told to wait for half and hour and wad is tis now? i order at 8.09 and add 30 mins to it is wad time. ( shouted)me : ( stunned at first. den started to count. )customer: HELLO? (shouted)me : eh yes sir, it's around 8.30 like tat.customer : so? it's been an hour plus and it's nt here yet? how long you wan me to wait? i dun wan to scold vulgurity okie!!me : sir, but then the computer stated time is 75 mins.customer : wad 75 mins? i was told 30 mins okie!!! i wan to speak to your manager!!!!me : okie sir, pls hold on while i ask my leader ok.was away telling arifah wad happens and all. she check, call hub and told them to call the customer.the hub last min change the time to 75 mins.me : sorry sir, i've ask my leader and the restuarant will call you.customer : i waited for about 10 mins and you told me to wait for the restaurant's manager to call? i wait for 10 mins and you just give me an apology?my hp dun need to pay bill is it? when will they called me???? ytd went to work as usual.Amos didn't work cos they say he work too much tis week,so never let him work,plus ling is kind of sick,he had to accompany her i tink.working alone. sian.work was okie.except tat i'm really fed up with this uncle who wanted to order mac for his son.damn. he is in the coffee shop, background was hell noisy. tat's not all. wad's more, tat uncle speaks english. and it's poor english.i koe he gt a hard time speaking english..so i speak to him in chinese.dunno is he wan to act high class or wadever.he replied me back in english.ask for his contact number keep on say he want to order filet o fish meal.i ask tis, he ans me tat.i'm already freaking pissed already.somemore he talk to his fren.i gt no choice i shout at him.after shouting den he will listen.PISSED PISSED PISSED.den i make a mistake.to me, it's damn serious already.it's suppose to be a delivery order, i accidentally click delivery cancelled and send over to sg hub.and customer paid by credit.it's suppose to be btc hub.i couldn't settle tis myself.called btc hub.tell them the situation.the manager told me to ask my sl.den all the shift leaders were sitting there talking lor.i tell shu fen den the other shift leaders were listening.moz say it's good tat i admit my own mistake.they told me to make a new order will do.luckily they never scold.heng arh....moz is especially good to adeline and her sister, pauline.he sends them to take cab, help them take bag.when they want work he let them work.adeline wan go off earlier, he also let despite he gt a warning letter already.so from wad i see, i can never provoke the sisters.some more pauline gt go chiong and all de.she is a hot gurl la. ytd shared cab with them i dun dare to talk much.scared provoke them mah.they ask me questions, i answer.tat's all.hubby had not sms me since last nite le.his prepaid no more credit.den actually ask me to top up for him one.but i was in a rush to work den there's queues,so never help him.den ytd call his hp still haven top up.haiis. i miss him loads.sad la.gtg.bye.TEARS BEHIND THAT SMILING FACE.

went to work ytd.suppose to meet Amos and go work together one,but the bus he is waiting takes very long to come so he told me to go work first.Amos came 20 mins later.calls ytd are alright.around 11 plus got a bit queue calls,before and after tat was pretty quiet.i didn't met with much problems.but poor Amos nearly go berserk.the customer tat he serve switch off her hp and the company's number she gave,Amos call, she hang. call and hang call and hang.he had to hear the recordings, find ros and tell her wad happen and all.he's so freaking fed up den he bangs the table, throw the headsets hard on the table and starts to scold vulgar.tink he is really damn angry.oh ya one more thing,ling arh ling,Amos's chinese got improve le lea...(at least nt as bad as last time)he could actually take chinese speaking calls now. ( with some assists.)applause for Amos*den Amos work 20 mins more cos he was late ma.so i wait for him to share cab together.den we shared cab with a collegue,goes to ang mo kio den hougang den seng kang.Amos even have time to watch cartoons which he has it in his laptop.he said his mum said tat watching cartoons is good for health.(-_-''')hubby suppose to have his off day today.but they told him to go to a course till 5.30pm.it's a customer service course.i mean, serving army need customer service for wad?they also not receptionist or working in the service line.damn weird la. today gonna slack at home.replenish my energy for tomolo's work.bye.TEARS BEHIND THAT SMILING FACE.
