the moment i walk out of my room ytd evening,
saw my grandfather lying on the sofa looking sick.
ask him whether he is sick and he tell me yes with his eyes close.
he said he will go to the doctor later on.
grandma told me to accompany grandfather later on.
i was like huh, tat kind of tone tat i dun wanna go.
den walk back sliently to my room.

it's not tat i dun wanna go lah,
but i'm still feeling itchy all over,
den walk on the street ppl might mistaken me as having skin disease or something like tat.
(touchwood!)
around 10 mins later,
i was thinking of changing my shirt and den accompany him.
den my sister told me tat my grandfather had already left!

i dunno why,
memories of ah gong so dote on me since young till now flashes back,
memories of him holding my hand, buying yakult and a packet of prawn crackers,
bringing me everywhere to walk walk every sunday without fail when i'm just a little gurl,
i just feel tat i'm really a very unfilial grandaughter...
without hestitating,
i get myself change and rush my way down to the clinic.
ah gong was surprised to see me,
ask me who told me to come and all.
den i accompany him into the room where the doctor is,
when doctor said his blood pressure is normal,
and tat he is just having a flu,
i'm really relieved to hear tat.

ah gong is a 90 plus very small size man.
and although he is old,
he still insisted on working as a admin ( i tink) in a manufacturing rice office.
looking at his fragile back,
i feel so....
so sad.
all i wish for now is my ah gong to be well and healthy always.
living for a old ripe age happily.
tat's all i wish for now...

ah gong.
the one i love and never wanted to lose....

TEARS BEHIND THAT SMILING FACE.
