WHEN NOTHING ELSE MATTERS

work was okie on sat.
i got a nice seat with old machine and the old headset i like.
but tis malay auntie who order call back to complain and demanded 2 free burgers.
damn. okies. i tell u the story.
she told me she wan double cheese burgers don't want sauce.
after tat add another 2 double cheese burger.
tat means in all she want 4 double cheese burgers.
in which her background is so noisy.
so i confirm with her again by saying,

me : so you want 4 dcb, 2 normal and 2 without sauces rite?

auntie : ya ya, i dun want sauces and pickles and wadever.

she called to complain because she wan her dcb PLIAN!!!!
she should have said it clearly to me tat she wan it plain.
and now she's blaming me for nt listening properly la?
idiot. lucky another agent help me to settle her.

after tat work was peaceful.
and hubby came to fetch me after work.
had mac with hubby and amos.
after tat we go home le.

sunday was hell for me.
i blame myself for forgetting to pray to tua peh kong, guan yin and all the gods i koe.
it's a routine for me to pray to them before i go work.
and ytd, i forgot to pray.
and of course met a lot of problems la.

1st,
ting and sihui help us book place at the favourite spot.
den because there's still 2 ppl sitting there,
we log in with another 2 machines first.
after tat around 8 or a bit later we wanted to log in to the fav spot la.
the guy left but the gurl still sits there.
in other words,
tat place is not ours le.
and ros say muz log in to call master and the com also.
amos and i dunno and it's already like 8.10.
so as to say, we were considered late.
i'm quite pissed at tat already.

2nd,
ting's frenz left and amos told me to change to their places.
i faster log out mine and log in to the new spot.

yellow shirt guy : you are sitting here arh?

me : yeah. why?

yellow shirt guy : cos i'm sitting here as the com there very lag la.

me : okie. but you are the one sitting there rite?

yellow shirt guy : eh, actually no, she was abt to sit there. ( pointing the gurl behind him)

me : like tat arh. den never mind. i go back lor.

den amos explain to them tat we had book the place earlier on.
they apologised and asked if we wan the seats.
but i say never mind.
and i'm more pissed again.

3rd.
tis fucking customer living in marine terrace called and complain tat he waited for 1 hr like tat and his food is not there yet.

customer : i waited for 1 hr plus and my food is nt here yet!!!! ( shouted)

me : ( look at the screen ) okie sir, the rider is already out and he will reach you in any moment now.

customer : wad!!!??? i called and someone else tell me to wait for 10 to 15 mins and now you say the guy will reach any moment???!!!

me : so you mean the food haven reach you rite?

customer : if the food is here will i still be calling you? tis is a stupid question you koe? ( shouted more loudly) i dun care, i'm not going to take the food nor paid it if it comes now!! and i want to speak to your manager!!!!!!

me : sorry sir. okie. i'll go ask my leader. please hold on.

i'm away for like around 5 to 7 mins and when i were to get back to him,
he is no longer at the line.
ros told me to to call the hub and get the manager to call tat customer.
i called for like 5,6 times and the stupid hub didn't pick up my calls.
damn. i'm already very angry about it. and den amos sense something amiss la,
came over and ask me why. den i say nothing la. den he ask again whether i'm okie,
my tears were on the verge already and when i heard him said tat,
my tears just roll down like tat...
den after tat sihui, ting and amos came over aks me why la.
i told them and sihui offered to help to settle tat customer.
thanks ah hui!

4th.
tis fucking idiot customer FROM SUNGEI GEDONG CAMP,
called and complain said tat his food did not reach him.

customer : i waited for 1 hour plus and the food is still not here yet!!!! i was told to wait for half and hour and wad is tis now? i order at 8.09 and add 30 mins to it is wad time. ( shouted)

me : ( stunned at first. den started to count. )

customer: HELLO? (shouted)

me : eh yes sir, it's around 8.30 like tat.

customer : so? it's been an hour plus and it's nt here yet? how long you wan me to wait? i dun wan to scold vulgurity okie!!

me : sir, but then the computer stated time is 75 mins.

customer : wad 75 mins? i was told 30 mins okie!!! i wan to speak to your manager!!!!

me : okie sir, pls hold on while i ask my leader ok.

was away telling arifah wad happens and all. she check, call hub and told them to call the customer.
the hub last min change the time to 75 mins.

me : sorry sir, i've ask my leader and the restuarant will call you.

customer : i waited for about 10 mins and you told me to wait for the restaurant's manager to call? i wait for 10 mins and you just give me an apology?my hp dun need to pay bill is it? when will they called me???? (still shouting)

me : sir, i'm so sorry abt it. the manager will call u now.

customer : wad's yr name?

me : Amanda.

customer : okie. if there's any problem i'll get back at u again!!! (hangs up the phone.)

FUCKING IDIOTS LA!!! I DUN OWN YOU GUYS ALRIGHT!!!! SO WAD IF YOU ARE CUSTOMERS,MUZ YOU BE SO FUCKING RUDE???? I HAD TO CHECK FOR YOU ALSO, DUN NEED TIME IS IT? AND IT'S FREAKING NOT MY PROBLEM WHEN THE FOOD HASN'T REACH YOU AT THE TIME YOU WANT OKIE!IT'S THE HUB ALRIGHT!!! SO STOP ALL YOUR FUCKING NONSENSE AND SHOUTED, BLAMED ME AS IF IT'S MY FAULT!!! HOW WILL YOU FUCKING FEEL IF YOUR SUPERVISOR OR SERGEAT SHOUTED AT YOU LIKE TAT? YOU WUN FEEL GOOD ALSO RITE? SO PLEASE BE MORE CONSIDERATE NEXT TIME! THE BETTER IF YOU STOP ORDERING MAC! YOU WANT TO EAT GO AND BUY YOURSELF SO YOU WUN GET A LATE DELIVERY LAH. CALL AND ORDER FOR WAD? LAZY TO GO BUY, DEN LATE CALL BACK AND SHOUTED SO UNREASONABLY!!! BASTARDS LA. HELL TO BOTH OF YOU!!!!

i'm sorry for all those scoldings above.
i'm really really very unhappy about it.
i wish i could stab them with a knife and chop them into pieces!
they really freaking rude la.
fed up. spoils my entire mood.
arghhhh.
