went to work alone ytd.
ting, sihui and amos all not working.

i pray 4 times to tua peh kong, guan yin and all the gods.
i'm very "ban dan" one. choose to be safe den sorry.

ytd was quite quiet.
queue calls once in a while.
customers mostly were pretty alright.

tis chinese speaking customer ( believe she is a malaysian from her tone) wants to order yet she dunno her postal code and address.
wad's more she wants the food to be there by 9.50 which is impossible lor.
she order around 8 plus to 9, with so many orders the food wun be ready one.
and she dunno the address. keep on give me tis postal code which links to tis woodlands loop place.
den her place is woodlands ave7, she say it's woodlands loop ave 7.
"struggled" with her for a good 15 mins or so. call 3 hubs in total.
den when i tried to call her back, she didn't pick up my calls. ( call alot of times)

coincidence or not,
another agent take her order and i'm asked to verify the order.
sian. i told her the food cannot be reach to her by 10. (demanded by her)
she is very unreasonable la.

me : sorry miss wang, but you just now didn't give me the correct address so now den the order is sent over ma.

customer : but you all can pack for me first wad. address can later den give one wad.

me : without the correct address, we cannot sent the orders.

customer : but i already order wad i want already wad, you all can pack for me first one mah. we are clsing soon you koe.

so i call the hub.
the manager say it's impossibe for the food to be there by 10pm.
it's a pretty large order and they need time to cook and prepare ma.
i just ask the manager to call tat customer.

den tis ang mo kind of weird la.
he keep on say my words are breaking apart.
den i adjust as in nt to be too close to the headset,
but den he still say the same thing.
other customers had no problem with me.
weirdo.

tis week only work like 3 days only?
sunday they put me as standby.
sian lah. =(
