WHEN NOTHING ELSE MATTERS

it's been 5 days since i last blog.
couldn't log in previously and i have been working 3 days continuously.
work was alright but tiring,
and some customers are just so FCUK UP.
they should at least give us the basic respect towards us.
there's this damn rude female customer,
when i got her records,
rite under the customer information,
the previous agent had written
" ------VIP, CUSTOMER IS VERY RUDE."
i thought nothing of it,
thinking tat if i didn't take wrong order and all,
everything would be fine.
she seems to be a nice lady when i answer the call, take her order, repeat her orders,
but things went wrong when i took down her credit card number.
i believe she is using the speaker phone and her voice just couldn't be heard clearly at times.
so i tell her nicely tat i can't hear her clearly.

customer : oh, i thought you can hear me clearly. ( and she starts to raise her voice )

i got the number correct lor but she say it's wrong. i repeat again and again and she said it's still wrong and starts to get damn rude by saying, " your ear got problem is it? just get another person to take over the call now!"
so i got Amos to help. and when i check the number Amos took down and the number i took down,

IT'S COMPLETELY THE SAME!

fcuking idiotic customer. spoils my entire mood.
and imagine the whole place is so damn noisy with agents taking orders and rasing their voices at the same time, how to hear clearly like tat????

i dunno where my patience will take me....
i might just explode and starts screaming at the top of my voice.

will be working afternoon shift to evening shirt from next week.
hope it's better. =)

we got another shift leader le.
was surprised to see him on the shift leader table.
he's alvin. ting and sihui's friend.
pretty nice guy. ask him things he will help.
