went to work at 8 as usual ytd
saw si hui there.
but she works till 8 only.

everything was quite alright.
lots of queue calls,
we were clearing like crazy.
it's like the moment we thought we had clear the calls,
more calls came in.
shu fen extend Amos and i till 2am lor.
my voice become so sa ya lor.
and i'm really tired.

shu fen say our ACW is very high.
but hello we dun wan to also.
but we just get stupid customers who doesn't know where the hell they are,
dunno their postal code and damn it, their address are so hard to find.
i had to look for it in the street directory lah,
and i hate to find one lor.
it's completely a waste of my time.

got a customer who dun wan to verify her address to me.
talk to her nicely and said there's a need to, to check everything is correct.
fcuk her when she say last time she called she dun have to verify to the agent,
it's the agent who verify her address to her!!!
she asked if there's a procedure and i said yes.
she asked for my name and tell me her address in a not happy tone.
wad's worse is i need to talk to her in a happy tone.
wad the fcuk?
verify address will kill her one meh?
it took less den a min to verify the whole address lah,
and she give me attitude.
fcuk lah. damn angry.
i wonder who is the agent who verify her address to her instead of the other way round.
damn it.
anyway.
she want to complain den let her complain wadever shit she wants.
after all, i'm nt in the wrong at all.
and i dun even care much bout her.
she's just another attitude customer i deal with like any other days.


Amos bought double cheese burgers in a very special way.

he want it with lettuce and big mac sauce instead of the normal ones.

he make the cashier so blur and all.

quite long never meet hubby le.
i miss him.

never contact for like whole day.
his prepaid no money.
want him to get a line he say it's more expensive den prepaid.

tomolo working from 6pm to 10pm.
meeting hubby tomolo if nothing crops up!!!!
